Oogie Boogie costume for Ikkicon '08, received Judges award for walk-ons.
All in all a good costume, considering it only took about a day to make. Was forced in to retirement after it fell apart, thankfully after the walk-on. It has some pretty severe proportion issues, as you can see by the tumorous left leg, and that's why you should always try on costumes before conventions.

Where did you find your burlap/how much did it cost?

Sorry about being so late in replying. I found the burlap at Joann's fabrics, and it was freakishly cheap (can't really remember how much it was since it was about 3 years ago) You can also get it at Hobby Lobby dirt cheap too
